Ich will den Herrn preisen mit lauter Stimme
und inmitten Vieler will ich ihn loben.
Der stand dem Elenden zur Rechten,
um zu retten meine Seele vor den Verfolgern.
Halleluja.
I will praise the Lord with a loud voice, and in the midst of many I will praise him.
He stood at the right hand of the poor,
to save my soul from its pursuers.
