ist alle Welt verstört,
doch du, Herr, erbarme dich, und mache ihr nicht ganz ein Ende.
V. Wende dich uns wieder zu, Gott unseres Heils* und wende deinen Zorn von uns ab.
- Und (mache ihr) nicht.

● Before the fierceness of your wrath, God, all the world is distraught,
but you, Lord, have mercy and do not put an end to it completely.
V. Turn to us again, God of our salvation* and turn away your wrath from us.
