„inundave-runt“ + „per-ii“ Das AMn 2005 setzt entgegen dem AM 1934 zu diesen beiden Silben ein si-be-molle („sa“), ein eklatantes Beispiel von Tritonusphobie, die aber bereits die diastematischen Quellen weitgehend befallen hat. Bei „inundaverunt“ schreibt Wc „sa“, alle anderen weichen mit „la“ der Problemstellung aus. H fordert mit 'altius' einen höheren Ton als „la“. Bei „perii“ weist Ka mit dem „do“ auf ein ursprüngliches „si“ hin. Tol + Bv notieren keine Vorzeichen, Wc + Fo notieren „sa“.
Die Antiphon ist 8. Modus, der kein si-be-molle kennt. An diesen beiden Stellen eine Tritonusspannung zu sehen, entspricht nicht den melodischen Gegebenheiten. Im ersten Fall ist der Ténor „sol“, und das „fa“ ist nur ein Wechselton, im zweiten Fall bei Ténor „la“ fällt das „si“ zum „sol“, das folgende „fa“ ist melodisch nicht mehr relevant. Nicht zu vernachlässigen ist hier auch die Textausdeutung: „inundavérunt - périi“ wäre mit einem si-be-molle seltsam vertont.
