Der Ton vor den Strophici <fc #4682b4>"custodi-//et//"</fc> und <fc #4682b4>"e-//a//"</fc> ist in L ,Bv und MR unisonisch. In E, A + Y je tiefer ("mi" und "re"). Die episemierte Virga bei "//e//-a" in E kann durchaus als "re" gelesen werden, sie ist gleich hoch dem Ton zuvor und eben eine episemierte Virga. Den 'Ton zuvor' mit A+Y, Kl, Mp als "do" zu lesen verbietet das 'mediocriter' in E.\\
+Ch schreibt die erste Stelle als tiefer "mi", die zweite Stelle aber unisonisch "fa" das entspricht der Graphie in E besser.\\

+Bleibt nur die Frage, woher die Aquitanier ihr "re" nehmen. Leider notiert Codex C keine Offertorien; Codex Mi (9.Jh) allerdings notiert ebenfalls die Silbe "//e//-a" mit Virga beginnend.
