 "est plo-" does not follow traculus on virga as in MR, but vice versa, INC ends in tractulus and MED follows virga "plo-". The most likely solution is INC ends on "do" ( = colon) and cento MED is one tone higher, so ends on "re". \\
 But other solutions are also conceivable e.g.: INC unchanged, MED a third higher, unison connection with TER.
