‘gaudi-//um//’ The B-flat minor of the GrN is not adopted. Y raises the clivis ‘D-B’ to ‘D-D’, while Kl reduces the clivis to a simple ‘D’. Both suggest a strategy to avoid the difficult (?), no longer modern (?) semitone step. What is a si-be-molle doing in the 5th mode anyway?
